Design Days are the BK Signature Experience

Traditional design packages can take months of planning + execution to bring your business to life. And, sometimes the waiting list can push your project even further away.

But, you want your business up and running now. I hear you.

The VIP Design in a Day allows you to focus on what needs to get done to launch your website without delay.

How does it work?

Your Design Days are streamlined to make every second of your investment count.

During our consultation, we’ll schedule your project for a time that is convenient for you. Remember to give yourself breathing room to complete your prep work before our design day(s) together.
A $500 deposit is due at the time of booking. The remainder of your fee is due two weeks before your Design Day.

You’ll fill out the Design Day objectives worksheet and questionnaire(s), and gather any documents or images you need to make our time together successful.
We’ll schedule a kick-off call a day or two before your Design Day to tie up loose ends and ensure I have everything to accomplish your goals.

With your prep work in hand, I will get to work! Sit back, relax, and watch those to-do list items disappear. Throughout your Design Day(s) I will send updates and ask for occasional feedback via Facebook Messenger.
Please make yourself available during our day(s) so that I can keep moving forward at a steady pace.

You may have questions or need additional support after your Design Day.
For Squarespace web design projects, I provide a personalized video tutorial to equip you to make updates with ease.
Additionally, Design Days include two weeks of email support for follow-up questions.

Frequently Asked Questions

Design Days were created to work through as many of your objectives as we possibly can. If you are unsure how much time is needed for your projects, please schedule a call with me so that we can discuss your goals and develop an estimated project timeline.
In the weeks leading up to your VIP Design Day, you will need to fill out an objectives worksheet, an in-depth branding questionnaire, and schedule your kick-off call. This will help me understand your vision for your brand before we get started.
If you choose to hire our copywriter for your website, we will provide an in-depth copywriting questionnaire for you and the copywriting project will need to be completed prior to your Design Day.
Additionally, if you choose to have professional photos taken for your website to be used during the design process, you will need to upload them to our shared Google Drive file before your Design Day.
Web Copy (aka the text on your site) is not included in the Design Day fee. If you'd like help writing your web copy, we have experiences copywriters on our team who would love to help you!

Web copy services are an add-on to the project, and they are completed prior to the Design Day(s). This allows our designers to incorporate the completed copy into the web design so that you walk away with a fully customized and complete website.
I never leave you hanging after a project is complete! My services include a website walkthrough as part of your package plus access to me via email for two weeks post-project. During this time, we can address any lingering questions or troubleshooting you may have. Depending on the question, I will either reply by email or send you a short video tutorial.
I design websites exclusively in Squarespace. After designing on various platforms, I chose to work in Squarespace because I find it to be the most user-friendly for my clients.
It is important for me that my clients feel confident when making updates and additions to their site after the initial design is completed.
However, I am happy to assist those who need help making updates to their websites as part of a VIP Design Day.
Yes, I require 7 days’ notice if you choose to cancel/reschedule your day.
